Step 11
Create a new layer named 'content bg2' and make a selection of your 'content bg' layer (Alt + Click layer icon in layers window). Go Select > Modify > Contract, by 10 pixels. Fill the selection with white and lower the opacity to 2%.
Step 12
Add some fill-in text.
Step 13
Add some images to make it less empty, and you are done!
